Bagolini's striated glasses are an easy-to-use instrument for CRA evaluation, stability of the sensory state of a cross-eyed patient without dissociation - a small light source, seen with striated glasses, appears to be crossed by a soft light strip perpendicular to the streaks - as studied by Prof. Bagolini we provide two kinds of streaks, one thinner than the other, which is useful for assessing sensory state in conditions of least dissociation respecting the real binocular state of cross-eyed and non-cross-eyed patients - the use of thin streaks compared to the thicker ones does not depend on patient’s age but contributes to better understand the test; it is advisable to start using the thicker streaks that are less sensitive than the thin ones because some patient contribution is needed - test can be submitted to four-year-old children or even less if collaborating but the practitioner will have to consider feasibility - 2 pairs of neutral glass lenses with metal headband - made in Italy
