Random dot test card with lenticular surface, 14.5 cm x 9.5 cm, corners rounded - test distance 30-40 cm - three Random dot stereo objects with different disparity CAT 1200'', STAR 600'' and CAR 400'', appearing on 3 different levels above background - brief instructions in English on the back of the test card, with schematic drawing for correct application, mirrored arrangement of the stereo objects and typical pattern of eye movements in the stereo-sensitive subject (positive result)
